77% of people will experience burnout in their working life
Burnout includes parental burnout, neurodivergent burnout & caregiver burnout
Burnout is not a motivation problem — it's a capacity problem

If you choose to step into this work, the goal isn't to add more pressure, more performance, or more expectations — it's to help you regain capacity, clarity, and control in a way that is sustainable.
Many people arrive here feeling constantly "on", exhausted, or reactive despite doing all the right things.
Through this process, what often changes is not just what you do, but how your system responds.
From reactive conversations → to grounded, intentional responses
From constant fatigue → to restored energy and capacity
From pushing through → to working with your nervous system
From coping day-to-day → to having space to think, lead, and live well
This isn't about becoming someone different.

You're a helper - teacher, nurse, emergency responder, carer, parent, leader
You're always the one holding it together
You feel tired even after resting
Your nervous system feels constantly "on edge" or flat
You know something has to change - but don't know where to start
You're not alone - but you do need a different approach.
