Vanessa de Sauty is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters of Counselling and specialises in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, trauma, and relationship counselling. Her career has taken her from private practice in Sydney and London to her current work in regional NSW, where she continues to provide compassionate, results-driven therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Vanessa is a dedicated educator, lecturing in the Masters of Counselling program for Excelsia College and the University of New England. Her work bridges the gap between mental health awareness, education, and actionable strategies, empowering individuals and workplaces to build resilience and create supportive environments.
